new sorority?

They wouldn’t be considered to come on campus by Panhellenic since the are not an NPC group. They would not be allowed to recruit with NPC chapters. Delta Sigma (a non NPC chapter)recruits with PHC groups because they were formerly AOPi, an NPC Group, and had been in Cal campus for a century.
