aphi recruiting bombshell document published

Hi, I cousin of mine at Michigan just sent me link to a document that was allegedly written by a former recruitment chair of APhi that explains precisely how their diabolical process works. Go check out the document before it is 'evaporated' forever. Makes for a fascinating read due to its almost strict focus on looks throughout all aspects of the recruitment process. The title on Greekrank is "Aphi Rush pdf?". All I can say is if you ever had any doubts about how the Shady Ladies recruit then this document explains it all in incredible detail.

there are a lot of parts of that pdf that happen at the alpha phi here too. the bump groups, the different rooms, the ranking of pnms.

Reading that made me sick to my stomach. I know Pi phi here posts up pictures of the desirable PNMs they’ve stalked on social media along the walls of the house and in the bathroom so girls can recognize them at parties and on campus to try to get them to join.

this is pretty wild if it's true for aphi nationally, knowing them i'm not exactly surprised? i was in another chapter until senior year and was heavily involved in recruitment/on the recruiting team, and while some of the things addressed in the expose were similar in my chapter it seems to me like the foundational parts were different.
