is zete still the best house on campus?

I graduated Spring of 2016 around the time we lost our letters. At the time we were the consensus best house on campus (SAE had lost their letters). Is my alumni house still the best or did losing our charter hurt that?

still up there with the other top houses in terms of rep with sororities and other frats, but not being able to throw parties has definitely taken you guys down a notch. pledge classes have still been good though.

KA isn't as cool as you used to be, but they are now probably the top house. But it's different, a lot of people would say SAE too. 3 years ago everyone would say that Zete was the best house.

I feel it but for the guys that really cared about greeklife it's not that bad. Like if you put greeklife above academics as many guys in top houses did, it isn't that out of the ordinary.

okay honestly though i feel like mid tier houses care a lot more about greek life than guys in the top houses do. who’s the one coming onto greek rank bickering about rank like a bunch of sorority girls. who’s the one trying hard to social climb all the time. there are definitely guys in the top houses who care a lot, but in general the houses that are dissatisfied with where they are usually the ones who “put greek life above academics”

Top houses are top houses because their so active in the Greek community. Top houses do a lot more than mid houses, and top houses are less academically oriented.

This is completely inaccurate. A lot of top houses are not nearly as involved as middle houses which all are attempting to social climb. They are top due to solid relations with sororitys and the people in their house.
