SK and delta sigma are notorious for only featuring like 20% of their members on Instagram (the prettiest, whitest ones). Go out to any frat party and you will soon see that their members are A LOT different than what social media might indicate. Zeta is a little more cohesive across the board, definetly more so than delta sigma and I’ve noticed they have a lot more hot girls than you would think. SK is still higher than ZTA but they can easily drop below zeta in the next couple years. Delta Sigma is not bottom tier. Kinda sad to be in a house that isn’t a national chapter AND that hides you if they don’t think you’re pretty enough.

Because ZTA is on the rise and so is Tri Delt. DS isn't even a sorority and SK has its own internal issues which drop them from middle to lower-middle.

SK, Zeta and Tri Delta are all solid middle tier houses that prove you can have diverse AND pretty members. You don’t have to choose one, which continues to be the mindset of Aphi, Kappa, Pi Phi and DG. Delta Sigma is also diverse, but dropping fast. And to be honest I have very little respect for them given they hide over half their members on social media.
Race aside, tri delta is still a little weird. SK has a lot of ratchets (of all races), and Zeta still has a large disparity between their upper class and lower class members (in terms of looks, sociability, etc.) with their last three pledge classes being solidly middle and their more senior members being more random across the board
