is theta moving up in the rankings?

I think the use of 'low ranking' house is HIGHLY misleading for Theta as it is for any house not considered 'top 3'. Theta has had solid recruitment for the past 4 years and has had good house stats across the board. Using the sisterhood measure of success the house is doing very very well also and the house maintains diversity which is another positive. I am NOT a Theta but people on my hall that didn't get Theta were sad to be cut and this was an interesting development and speaks to how the house resonated with PNMs. To the person that said Theta is 'not rising', I have to say I disagree. There are many more positive things going on at Theta than say DS or XO for example. I honestly think the standouts for rising stature over the past few years have been Theta, Zeta, DDD and AXO while DS and XO have been on the rapid side of decline.
