cob tips?

Does anyone know of any houses that are doing COB and if so what is the best way to go about it? I heard COB only works for friends of chapter members. Is it ok to email VP of Recruitments for chapters you're still interested in? Any other tips? Thanks!

i would say yes email them but be mindful that at this point the chances are pretty low - considering most sororities who are doing cob only have a small number of spots, they can be extremely selective..
