stop with the negativity
by: TbhIt’s so frustrating to see people on here responding to entitled people with more negativity. STOP saying “obviously houses did not like you if they dropped you” because the truth is, and this is coming from someone already in a sorority, just because a girl is dropped doesn’t mean we don’t LIKE her—we don’t even know her. We have to make huge cuts based on very little information and it does NOT mean a girl is “not as hot as she thinks” or lame because she’s cut from a house. Please stop saying things like this.

I agree. The truth is recruitment is an incredibly imperfect process. I get that people want to cut down people who post here about how they feel like they’re “too good” for a house because I think that just show a big issue with attitude and entitlement, but you’re right that girls often get cut even though things did go well. Just hoping PNMs can start to think of a house as not the right fit for them as opposed to the women in the chapter being beneath them.

Please don't take anything that happened to you, or didn't happen to you during FFR personally! Imagine a high school of about 1000 girls all trying to get into one class -- that's what FFR is like. If you didn't pledge a house, check out the clubs and other activities on campus, find your people, and get involved there!
