For example, houses like TKE and Chi Psi have had very strong new pledge classes and their houses have totally changed. Houses like ATO have been dying for a while. If you ignore reputations and go off people in he houses, a place like TKE can easily look like an upper mid house. They're soft and have no edge, but they're good looking and they have a lot of brothers.
