Reasoning: Given that every post like this has comments saying “Delta Sigma down” or that Delta Sigma is bottom, I think it’s justifiable to put them in the lowest tier. PHC has been so lenient with them regardless. The fact that they are even allowed to go through recruitment is already a stretch and its pretty misleading to PNMs. And they are also nothing like they used to be considering they took in anyone who rushed these past couple years.
ZTA/Tri Delt and Chi Omega/SK are arguably even but I still think ZTA and Chi Omega have a slight advantage. Chi Omega is a lot different than they used to be and is slowly declining to become the same level as SK. Both ZTA and Tri Delt are more cohesive than they used to be but ZTA is improving a little faster and Tri Delt is still a little random.
