why does everyone hate theta chi?

I’m a rushee and I know someone who was in Theta Chi but graduated, and he said he enjoyed his experience? Why does everyone here bash them? They seem to have a fun time and I’ve stalked their Instagram and can see that they exchange with some top houses like DG and APhi. Is this all fake for social media or do they actually have a lot of fun and hang with top houses? I just want the truth, because people seem to either like or hate them.

Firstly I doubt they really exchange with aphi and dg they hang out with like zeta and tri delta. They are also full of try hards and generally weird dudes
