difference between mid frats

I’ve seen so many posts talking about how some frats are ranked above or below others and it has me quite confused. What are the differences between upper middle, lower middle, and middle frats? Do they exchange with different sororities or party more or less? I am an incoming freshman and I’ve been looking at Theta Chi, Phi Tau, ATO, AEPi, Chi Phi, and Delta Chi. How do these frats differ and compare with one another? I’m not trolling and would actually like an honest opinion because I’m very confused lol

upper mid = had a good party recently. lower mid = had a bad party recently. it's why nobody can agree on how to rank these houses, they all have good and bad parties, they all have fairly diverse brotherhoods, just go to rush events and find the one you mesh with.

It's usually based off of which house girls want to go over to the most. There are some houses with good parties but the girls think the brothers are odd looking or weird
