transfer friendly fraternities

Are there any transfer friendly frats that I should check out during rush week? What's the likelihood of getting into a top tier house?

Unlike sororities, frats won’t really pay attention to much to that. I know most middle houses wouldn’t really care at all, and when it comes to top houses, they might consider it a bit, but for the most part, if you’re a chill guy and they like you, then you’re fine
