du vs delta chi vs sigma nu

OP truth is DX has a better reputation than DU and a slightly better reputation than SN. DU's beach theme party last semester was better than anything either of these houses did. SN also consistently throws really big parties. DX is better because it throws good gamedays and has relations with Aphi. But anyone on this site that would say that any of these houses wouldn't compare to one another is just self ranking on this site.

These aren't all the houses but I just wanted to give you an idea of upper mid, mid, and lower mid houses.

Theta Chi and Sigma Nu are definitely not ranked that high, you must be smoking crack. A better version would go like this. And accurate rankings on the site prove what I say:

Theta Chi has risen more than any other house on campus. It rises every year. Get out of here with this old school 2015 mentality.

Speaking of 2015 mentality, anyone that puts ATO high 100% is just going off what they hear. IN 2015, ATO was sick. Since then, they barley can even get people to pledge, they've been on sopro for years, and all their sick bros have graduated. Its pretty much a dead house that hasn't thrown a social event since 2015. The only thing they even do is exchange with alpha phi.

The middle is hard to rank because there are so many houses. But anytime someone disses theta chi or puts ATO high you already know they haven't paid attention in like 3 years or they don't know what they're talking about.
