sorority recommendation
by: recIs it too late to ask my relatives to write my recommendations for different sororities if I'm an incoming freshman wanting to rush? Will sororities even acknowledge them if I send them in within this week?

honestly, it won't give you that much pull. for most houses, especially the top ones, it could just get you through to the next day, out of respect for the person who wrote it & due to the fact that they have to do massive cuts on the first day, so it makes it easier to just say "hey, we'll just keep those with letters." but after that day, the letter doesn't mean anything.
