hi Iā€™m an incoming freshmen and was wondering which sororities have the highest GPAs? also does your high school GPA matter during recruitment??

No it doesn't matter for recruitment. Obviously some stats might have higher gpas than others but for the most part everyone is trying their best and prioritizes school so I wouldn't worry about houses based on gpa, it's Berkeley after all.
