I'm in a frat and I think this is most accurate I'll explain

This list put Zeta above Delta Sig and DDD. Zeta had been getting a lot better and it's now closer to SK imo than DDD. This list took that into account

The last two years I was here I felt like I saw more Pi phi's than Kappas. Clearly there had been a shift

Theta has gotten a lot better too, while ACO has stayed the same. I think that Theta is better than AXO.

I disagree with the notion that Aphi is the 4th best house though. I think they are tied with DG, and barley under Kappa of at all. It's more accurate to say there's a 4 way tie for first but if you want to knitpick this list is the best Iv seen.

Not in a frat (in SK full disclosure) but I agree. The culture of Zeta and Theta has changed a lot since the last two pledge classes and they go out a lot more now. Kappa girls are hot but Pi Phis are more fun. I disagree about APhi though, I see a lot of them at parties and I don't see the other top houses as often, so they definitely aren't going to the same frats as Kappa/Pi Phi/DG.
