It is important to know that a lot of these rankings right now, as they have slightly shifted from previous years due to social probation and other factors, are not generally accurate. Since it is spring semester, frats that are known for fall events, like gamedays, will generally gain popularity, and more well-rounded frats tend to fall. For example, frats like Sigma Chi, Delta Chi, TKE, and KA tend to always rise after fall semester, but Phi Psi, ATO, Pike, and the unaffiliated frats will be back to where they are after spring semester. My point is, using number rankings or tier rankings is futile, and instead I would simply use the top/not top system for Berkeley, because top houses for frats and sororitys are generally very exclusive with one another, and middle and bottom houses for frats and sororitys will tend to also stick together. As for minuscule fluctuating rankings, there is too much natural variation for any ranking to hold true.

Move DKE up
One bad semester does not offset years of success
Move phi psi up for having large pledge classes full of fratty guys
Move ATO down for being a ghost for over 3 semesters
Move TKE down to end of lower mid
Move snu up to mid
AEPi at the very end of mid for having a nasty house not conducive to fun parties

Pretty good but I truly don't believe that DG and Aphi should be revered as "top" tier houses. I agree with the other rankings post that you copied and pasted this format from that had Pi Phi and Kappa on top and then Dg and APhi as upper middle. There truly is a world of difference between Kappa / Pi Phi and Aphi and Dg... so much so that I don't even think aphi/dg should even be considered "top" houses. they simply aren't up to par with the top two and are closer to the likes of ADPi and Chi O. Just saying.
