Basically agree except sk should be upper middle and chi o and aphi should switch

Most Frats agree that Pi Phi is over DG, but a lot of people who know that Pi Phi had to do spring recruitment are putting DG over Pi Phi. I think frats will mostly agree that DG is over Pi Phi by the time fall is over this year. From what I personally have seen:

uhhh no way is G PHI better than axo, theta or zeta...gphi is dead last...soooo wrong. and aphi is above SK at this point.

all the houses at berkeley are bad...there are girls in kappa/dg who should be in gphi, etc. ALL the houses are essentially the same

I'd say DDD and Theta are about the same overall though very different in some aspects. But gphib is an awkward mess.
