How can DS be #8 as a non-national and as an organization that has NEVER gone through formal recruitment in its current incarnation???? They should go right to the bottom and prove themselves as a viable organization based on their recruitment performance. Theta and DDD have both worked hard to step up during recruitment and so should be ranked higher.
