Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 3.4 Everytime i came here these guys were all nice, comin from a girls perspective the majority are respectful and real outgoing. They definitely are a classy bunch and as far as their pledge class goes, only met a few but the ones i did meet were nice. Dont know if theyre top tier but they are pretty cool.

Everytime i came here these guys were all nice, comin from a girls perspective the majority are respectful and real outgoing.
