How does not having time for the little things make them the best? I agree that they are a good sorority (up and coming upper-mid), but they're not top tier. Since they've only gone up the ranks so much recently they still don't really party with the "top frats" and their house being so far a way will always stand in their way of becoming top tier.

Kappas may be shallow, but they're not blatantly rude like many of the PiPhis. Plus KKG stays involved, which is more than you can say of some of the other houses. I personally know a few Kappas who don't even fit the "UCB Kappa stereotype" at all and are super down to Earth.
