They have one of the nicest houses and are a top house. So even if you are just in it for the housing you can't lose. There are a lot of cool girls, and they have a good house culture. Active in their philos and have large scale events and parties.

They have a lot of issues within their house, girls moving out etc. If you are in it for the superficial relationships, and to be used for the pictures you take to be posted on instagram then this house is for you.
