sae and chi fall off

i feel like the consensus ever since Sig Ep got kicked is that sae and sig chi are the “top” frats but i genuinely don’t understand what they do better than pike and pikapp. sig chi has such a weird pc and every venue is completely empty and both of sae’s rps have been huge misses and they literally only mix with sdt who’s falling off. like what am i missing???
