weird roommate

hi. so my roommate really wants to rush dg or sdt. she's already bought 4 dg shirts and an sdt hat. she's worn them around campus, and says that she will more likely get a bid because she's showing enthusiasm. i personally really want to rush tri delta because i am a triple legacy there. . . is she right? should i start buying tri delta clothes? will this help me?
