Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Miami - UM 4.2 They are in the top 2. DG is a hard #1 but DPHIE is a close 2nd. DG definitely knows how to party better but DPHIE definitely has more girls to take home to the parents.
