General consensus that I hear and feel around campus is that Sig Ep has taken top with their new pledge class, lots of foreigners and genuine boys. Girls like them too as they are all friendly and attractive. No on-campus house, which is their one downside though

Besides that they are so over hyped it’s not even funny. The brothers huddle in circles and don’t know how to talk to girls. Avoid unless you’re rich or speak Spanish

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 5.0 They killed philanthropy this semester and have really stepped their game up in terms of relationships with the deans. A lot of interesting and diverse group of guys. They had a pool party so lit this fall that a police helicopter circled their house on god.
