Dphie is kind of like a brunette DG. They have some blondes though, but sticking with a majority of brunettes is good so that they can keep holding a reputation.

Kind of looks like they are still stuck in the "pretty" phase. I don't think it's bad to have an overall good-looking sorority, but that should not be everything. Based on what I've seen that's the #1 thing that DG looks at during recruitment, so they end up with pretty girls that seem to just rely on that for everything.

This just seems like such a weird mix of girls to me. Some are really nice, some are not so nice, and some are just totally random. Overall they are a good sorority, but they need to work on sisterhood. Part of being in a sorority is feeling like you belong there, and it does not seem like all the sisters feel that way.

I'm seeing some animosity below me.. This is definitely one of the top sororities at UM. I've met some girls that seem rude, but a lot of the girls I know in this sorority are really sweet. Might want to develop a stronger sisterhood and gain some more involvement besides Greek Week, but other than that this is a strong group.

Kappa has nice girls who are really sweet, but they seem to attract the non-sorority type a lot (3 majors, don't drink ever, etc) Even though some girls are atypical (read: weird), overall they all seem happy and don't get involved with drama. They're different but don't seem to mind, so I let them do their thing

This sorority is definitely not a bottom tier- they are a middle tier along with Zeta and SDT. This does not mean that tri delt and kappa so not have amazing girls too, the only reason why i would say they are "bottom tier" sororities is because it seems as though less girls go into recruitment wanting them. That doesn't mean they do not have amazing girls too. Overall, Adpi has fun girls who like to party. Biggest downside is that they seem to gossip a lot.
