Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 4.0 Top 2 frat. Battles w ep over the #1 spot. Definitely the best frat with a house. These guys are known to be good-looking with a decent amount of money. Lot of Jersey kids. Some douche bags, but mostly good kids. Took a 20 something PC that’s doing good, but may not affect ranking bc already top tier. Losing a lot of good seniors this year but last 2 PCs have been good.

Top 2 frat. Battles w ep over the #1 spot. Definitely the best frat with a house. These guys are known to be good-looking with a decent amount of money. Lot of Jersey kids.
