All of y’all who rank them low have either never been to one of their events or have not met the new guys they got the past 2 years.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 4.4 I’ve been to a few of there parties and they are by far the best parties thrown at UNCW I see them doing a lot of philanthropy events on campus and most of the brothers are good guys that party hard but also very studious. Definitely a top tier fraternity

Im 90% sure im the guy you’re complaining about. No im not sorry. You were being retarded. And i had no intentions of paying a 500$ ticket just causs your drunk ass wouldnt leave. I would have no problem kicking you out again. Do us all a favor and sit at home on the weekends and keep writing awful reviews instead of going out and being a total nuisance. The community needs less people like you. Thank you for your review. Il be sure to ignore like i would if i saw you at my house again. Also, my house was NOT disgusting, it just had some gritty charm to it. Anyways, why dont you throw parties in your house instead of coming to mine and complaining about it. Im sure you could get 5 - maybe 10 people there on a busy saturday night. Do you have any idea what goes into throwing a party? I can guarantee theres tons of stuff that goes on behind the scenes that you’re unaware of. sorry you never got a bid to whatever sorority you wanted to join, i wonder if you wrote a review about them too?
