Informal Recruitment is NOW!
The reason you can't find information is because as it is all informal it is not promoted or sanctioned by the university. You can either find out about events on Chapter websites or on Chapter Facebook pages or through a friend or Brother of a the Fraternity Chapter.
Most Fraternities are having various events around campus this week and next to recruit new members. Although there is no set recruitment week among all fraternities on campus in the spring.
