Is KD a top house now?

Before rush I was told to try to get into the”big 3”, ADPi, ZTA or Chi O. KD was definitely not a bottom house but also not the top either. It was just mid. Is KD climbing the ranks ? What changed ?

I think with the decline of one of top houses, the number 2 spot is up in the air. I’m not saying it’s KD though.

ADPi is the only top house.

Second spot is up in air, KD is climbing. They were top recruiting chapter last fall.
