what gets me is how down to earth they are now. pi phi used to be annoyingly stuck up but most girls i met last year seemed pretty cool. compared to the insanely hot girls in their chapter before, i agree that their looks are slipping. but compared to how the other houses look, theyre still on top

I think my ratings are fair. This is a fraternity with good looking and very sociable guys who seem to get along great with one another. They put some effort into philanthropies but definitely are below the average. I consider them more of a party frat.
