Regardless of which sorority you’re talking to, everyone is going to be their nicest and most outgoing during recruitment. It’s all up to YOU and the conversations you have with the girls in each chapter. TRUST YOUR GUT. Think about which chapter you genuinely see yourself having good friends in/a big sis in. You’re literally putting yourself at a disadvantage if you’re only striving for a specific sorority the entire time... and for what?! Actually get to know some of these active members! Once you join nobody really cares about “rankings” and where each sorority/frat lies on a tier because you’ll most likely end up mixing with the same people anyways. Greek life isn’t even that huge of a deal at ucr so just chill and go where you feel the most comfortable.

Yup totally agree! And also don’t base your choice over who has “the prettiest Instagram” aesthetic. It’s much more deeper than that and I can guarantee you the chapters that care for personal growth and sisterhood aren’t preoccupied with getting the right angles for the gram.
