A perfect example of a fraternity going downhill fast. Been getting killed in rush for awhile now. They try really hard to be "tftc" but unfortunately have nothing to back for it.

Jesus I feel like your members are constantly on this site. At least don't make it so obvious when you post a self rate then a bash on another fraternity lmaoo. All you really need to do is see PIKE in person and you can clearly see they're NOT top house. Soooo many goobers. How can you be top when you choose quantity over quality constantly? Real talk.
