What's the typical reasoning for first day cuts, second day cuts, etc?

Most of the time first day cuts are due to hs grades, lack of activities, leadership, etc... The resume is really important at the beginning of recruitment, although if the girls love you, short of not meeting grade requirement, they will keep you.
