party houses
by: FreshmanOver the last few weeks we've been able to see who throws the most and/or the best parties along with those who don't. What are the rankings of the fraternities in regard to social life?

One can easily see how inaccurate that list is because KA is anywhere in the top 5 for parties and ATO and Delta Sig are on the list. KA parties are NOT fun and I haven't heard of any ATO parties or even decent Delta Sig ones. Thats my honest opinion as a girl that loved fraternity parties.

1-2. Sigma Nu/Theta Chi- These two are interchangeable. Sigma Nu throws the best parties, but Theta Chi throws parties of almost the same caliber and more of them. Can't go wrong when either of these houses are hosting parties.
3. Beta- Haven't thrown many parties but the couple that have been to have been great. Date parties I went to last year were also always a blast.
4. SAE- Band parties are hit or miss but WNDC and date parties are always wild. Fun place to go when you want to get a little too crazy.
5. Pi Kapp- Very hit or miss parties but they throw so many that a handful of them are bound to be very fun.
6. Fiji- Great date parties and small gatherings. Fantastic place to go when you want to have fun on a more relaxed level. Not exactly the place to go for big parties though.
7. Lambda Chi- They host a few amazing band parties every once in a while. Most are average but the ones that hit are extremely fun.
8. KA- Throw maybe one crazy fun band party a year and Old South is the best date party in Auburn. However, that's about it. Overall, KA has the worst social life of the top tiers.
9. Sigma Pi- They have been throwing a ton of parties over the past year. Most aren't good but a few are. The fact that they're trying to have a great social scene by throwing so many parties gives them a bright future.
10. Phi Delt- They host tons of parties. Most aren't popular or have much attendance but the ones I've seen have all been wild. They get pretty crazy as the night goes on.

Pi kapp is too high. Spending your budget on one big name doesn't make your parties gunner because a bunch of randoms show up. They payed for Trinidad James and he didn't even go on stage.

Why would anyone put Fiji as the top party fraternity ever? I wouldn't even put them on the list. Move Sigma Nu to the 1st or 2nd spot in front of or behind Theta Chi.

The day KA is that high on any party list is the day fraternity life is dead. Switch KA and Theta Chi and then you have your general consensus around Auburn.

#8 by: Should be tiers
1. Theta Chi/Snu- Theta Chi has more, but they're on the same level in terms of quality.
2. SAE/Beta- Feel like this is self explanatory.
3. FIJI- Fun but not rowdy at all
4. KA- so boring, so gd boring.
Yes, I know I only included six, but I think these are generally the top tier of fraternities and chose to rate them that way. If you disagree that's fine, just my opinion.

I really like the strategy that the Theta Chi's decided to use this year. Attempting to mask mediocrity by consistently posting on an anonymous website that no one takes seriously is a bold move. I guess the thought process is that if enough people post on here, it may actually seem like ya'll are on par with Sigma Nu or any of the above fraternities. There are reasons why no good fraternities really associate with Theta Chis. Enough is enough fellas.

Oh my... Someone sounds bitter! And I thought we had a problem on the sorority end on here. From what I've seen, KA, Theta Chi, and Farmhouse get hated on a lot over social media. Why? Because they're great fraternities! Haters will always hate and trolls will always troll. Posts like the one above need to be taken with a grain of salt and pushed to the side. They're obviously false (evidence is on campus) and motivated to promote the poster's fraternity/sorority. A poster like this is usually threatened by the group they're attacking. Keep it classy y'all and make this an enjoyable site!!!
