which frats own their houses?

Ive been told that only six frats at auburn own their houses. Is this right and which six are they?

They all own their houses. Only a select few own their lots as well.

ATO doesn’t own anything. They rent their house from Sig Ep

Fraternities that own their house & lease university property:

Sigma Nu, Sigma Chi, KA, Sigma Pi, Phi Tau, Beta, Theta Chi, AGR, DTD, Phi Delt, TKE, Farmhouse

Fraternities that rent houses:

ATO, Alpha Sig, Phi Sig, Sigma Tau
