Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 4.2 Hahaha wow. A good bit of them, especially the younger guys, are very attractive. From what I can tell, a lot of them are from small town AL and GA so what would you consider southern? Clearly you've never been to Theta Chi.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 4.2 A fraternity that has quickly risen out of nowhere to the top tier list. They have an awesome house, very close nit brotherhood, hold high positions on campus including IFC president, throw very good parties, and are being noticed more and more by top sororities. They're pretty wreckless and classless when they get drunk, but other than that they're a solid addition to the Big Boys on campus.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 4.4 Alright, this is not a self rank but it's pretty clear that the guy who keeps insisting they suck and self rank is of a rival fraternity and is trying his best to bring their ranking down. They are very good. Are there larger fraternities? Of course but to say that Theta Chi is middle tier just because is ignorant. They have good guys, have good parties, are involved, and have a good reputation throughout campus. They are absolutely top tier.
