Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 4.6 "Truth" is absolutely full of crap. On the contrary, Theta Chi is on very sound financial footing. The undergrads aren't perfect but I am proud of them just the same. I hope ATO gets its house but I can 100% guarantee that it will not be the Theta Chi house. Ironically, Theta Chi built on the lot once reserved by ATO, that is until ATO's house corporation president, Frank Lawing, embezzled north of $900K from the active chapter. Google it.

"Truth" is absolutely full of crap. On the contrary, Theta Chi is on very sound financial footing. The undergrads aren't perfect but I am proud of them just the same. I hope ATO gets its house but I can 100% guarantee that it will not be the Theta Chi house. Anyone who was taking an objective wait and see approach to calling them a top tier has no choice but to acknowledge that they aren't going anywhere. If you just don't like OX nothing they do will make you change your mind and chances are you also hate Beta, Fiji, KA, SAE, SN, SX etc (provided you're not in one of those) for 'just because' reasons. But they are a legit top tier fraternity at Auburn right now.

OX isn't thousands in debt because they have had their house and property paid off for quite a while. All of the financial stuff is all rumor. The thing about ATO buying their house is just something that poster made up because I've never even heard of that one. OX is recognized as a top tier around Auburn, but a lower top tier. Some very chill guys but also have weird ones too. Still on the rise.
