Some people bag on their older girls but they have hot older girls. Yes their new girls have been getting more attractive but there are still some newer girls that are less attractive. They have some improvements to make like their philanthropy, top tier relations and events (although they have improved with that already but need more). They are nice. A few are a bit awkward and shy but eh I can live with that. Most of their girls are down-to-earth and social. I think I only met one Gphi I didn't like (not going to mention her name, she is nice but just kind of self-absorbed).

I don't mean change the philanthropy. Just advertise it better, raise more money and get more involvement. Last year I was there and it was a good event. But, they could definitely raise more money. I think this year they will get a solid turnout though to be fair.
