I think both frats and sororities need a 4 house top tier. Each house is best at 1 thing. Ksigs are the best looking, sigma pi's have the best venues, phi psi's have the image (money, girls, attitudes), and SAE's are the jocks. DG's are the athletes, Tri Delts are the Party cats, Alpha Phi's (like phi psi) just exude the top tier image, And Gphi kicks ass in artsy stuff like songfest an has the chillest vibe.
These 8 houses (at least for this year) have had the best recruitments (yes ok alpha phi did bad for alpha phi, but that's still 10 billion times hotter than houses like SK or AXO) best events, and pretty much represent our greek community.

Agree with this rank. I still don't know if Gphi is top mid or bottom top. But they are doing well for sure. Aphi is still top but Tridelt has been doing really well. Red dress gala still raised a lot of money, even if they aren't doing as well as usual. Axo is still above SK barely. Theta is a strong top mid. Piphi is lower mid.
For frats I agree. SAE pulls all sororitys. Sigma Pi still pulls top tier girls. Both deserve the top tier. I personally think Phi Delt is above Pikapp, but Pikapp and Sigma Nu are tied.

okay those are some decent points. I was just saying that I have had some really good experiences with sig pi, but have also had some bad encounters with sig pi, and I like consistency, but alright I'll hold off any further judgments until I meet more and hang out with them a little more. I apologize.

To the one person bashing sigma pi. Your different usernames don't change the fact that you can't speak English. Why don't you spend a little less time on the internet and finish hitting that blunt... By yourself. You're never going to single handedly win the argument that sigma pi isn't top tier. #byefelicia

Don't get me wrong I think 3 tiers would be fine but putting alpha phi in the same tier as pi phi is like putting Pike in the same tier as Pi Kapp. Both need the top middle

I see what u are saying. Aphi is top mid with gphi, and pi phi is bottom mid, you just separate them out and I clumped them together.

They even speak like the sigma pi that aren't so chill that I know. First, you can know about brotherhood/sisterhood by how the greek members interact with each other. You gave no examples of how they have good brotherhood you just said as someone who actually does know sigma pi. I know sigma pi as well so yea... plus you never said how they are top tier in the first place(hint common knowledge isn't a valid answer).
