bottom/middle of middle tier

So, I know everyone always has disputes about the top frats, "Is SAE Top?" "What about Phi Psi" "Is KSig or SigPi #1?" but I think most of us agree it's KSIG, Sigma Pi, Phi Psi, SAE.

But what about these frats. Sure they're not top but I always see a different order for them. I think it's like this, but what do you guys think is the most accurate?

KSIG
Phi Psi
Sigma Pi

SAE
PIKE
AEPI

SigEp, Pi Kapp, Phi Delt, and Sigma Nu are all considered lower middle tier/upper bottom tier. No higher than that.
