Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.2 These guys are definitely on the rise! Still have great campus involvement and wonderful guys. From what I can see they are improving in sports and brotherhood, but they are definitely one to watch out for!

But they are solely in partying aspect. Thy definitely lost their gentleman aspect. Pretty douchey but have cute guys now too
