Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 1.0 These guys have fallen. They have less than a handful of cool guys with a chapter full of awkward creepy kids. They use to be good at sports but now they are falling even in that aspect. Their parties are mediocre and sub par. Used to a decent house but now they are falling into the lower tiers.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.0 I like these fellas a lot. They aren't top house like the douchy guys but are somewhere up there. Sports wise they are in the top 3 with Ksig and SAE. Socially they threw the biggest venue called Jurassic Pike with Fullerton Pikes and it was crazy.

Real talk these guys have a small group of athletes and the rest of the chapter is made up of goobers. They're decent at sports and theirs parties are meh. A mediocre chapter, rush elsewhere boys!
