Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.4 Most of the older guys are really chill and they are super fun to hang out with but their freshmen need to work on how they treat girls and their maturity. Also the you get guys need to stop hanging out with bottom houses (ie theta, pi phi, g phi) if they want to move up. You cant advance if you are getting big sis' and girlfriends and formal dates in the bad houses.
