there are the houses that sororities have the most exchanges with. all of these houses have multiple exchanges with the top 4 every quarter. A house drops into the "middle" tier, when you get only 1 exchange with each of the top 4, and " bottom" tier when you get ZERO with the top 4. that's how rankings work.
