in depth fraternity rankings summer 2014

These Rankings are my opinion based on my last two years in Davis.

Top:
1)Sig Chi: I put these guys above pike because they have their act together in every aspect of fraternity life besides partying. Top tier recruitment, Top tier exchanges, great looking guys, and derby days is the best fraternity philanthropy event in Davis. These guys got Sage the Gemni to do a concert, for free.. Guys in other houses are turned off by their snobbish attitude, but these guys are the current top house at davis. Plain and simple.
2)Pike: A lot of people confuse the pike of the past with the pike of the present. The current fraternity is doucheier than all other fraternities on campus combined. With the exception of Alpha Phi, a lot of girls from the top four sororities have started to avoid pike exchanges because of this. Not many guys make it through their ridiculous pledging process, so they have gradually gotten smaller. These guys are extremely unorganized and very unstable as a fraternity. If they get their act together they can easily Swamp Sig Chi. if they continue to act the same way, things will catch up to them and they could easily wind up like SigEp or SAE.
