This fraternity is unlike the other sterotypical frat boys. Every brother is unique and is a true gentlemen. Not only this but, this house has some of the best parties at davis when they do throw parties...

Their parties are always really fun and all of them are true gentlemen. They have shown a bigger campus presence in the last few months.

theta chi is definitely on the decline. I heard they were having non-brothers live in the house so they could keep their houses. Brothers are cool and their parties are always fun.
