Don't have any sort of dominance on campus and barely make themselves known. Guys need to step it up if they actually want to be top house

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.0 Literally Worthless. They have a mansion across the street from Segundo, yet got one pledge in the fall. Squandering their gifts of former glory and campus presence. A car bash? That's a great rush event. Really going to recruit the future leaders of the University that will propel you to greatness. Maybe you guys should stop self-rating on this pointless ass website and start doing something with your resources. If I were your nationals, I'd just yank your charter.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.5 i like these guys and their house is interesting, reminds me of animal house. they don't have a douche or top-house complex. wouldn't call them top house (numbers are a little small) but are more gentlemanly than most fraternities on campus.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.0 They aren't top house but, are definitely moving up in ranks. They are an involved fraternity and do have multiple philanthropy event's a quarter. They don't throw constant parties but, when they do they are usually some of the best parties (e.g Halloween& mardi gra) number wise they need to grow otherwise they'll never even be close to top house. overall though, these are some good guys.
