Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.4 I can't tell if people are trolling or not when they say Theta Chi is good... Their house is ratchet af, the only sorority that likes them is ChiO and they're for the most part pretty weird and grungy. Not part of the top 8 frats on campus (Theta Xi, Pike, D Sig, Sig Ep, Sig Nu, Sig Chi, AEPi, TKE) so they don't matter.

I can't tell if people are trolling or not when they say Theta Chi is good... Their house is ratchet af, the only sorority that likes them is ChiO and they're for the most part pretty weird and grungy. Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.8 while they aren't top tier, they definitely aren't anywhere close to bottom tier like the haters say. I have to agree, their parties are the best in davis and they have the best house of any fraternity. this is a fraternity, as least from what I've seen before, that is improving.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.2 Halloween party is the best every year. A couple of the guys are weird but you can say that about any fraternity. Has definitely grown in influence over the past year.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.0 they should not be considered at their current position. these rankings are flawed. if you want to actually get a sense of what the true rankings are, look at the discussion page. those are mostly correct. these guys are the hipsters of greek life, and they're not very popular. it's a shame they have a such a good house go to waste

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.3 honestly, theta chis are seen as a joke in the greek system at Davis. They're known to be generally uninvolved on campus and when they do participate in greek events, they make a joke out of it (Mr. Casanova for example). Throws a few good parties here and there but the fraternity is slowly dying since they barely got pledges. With exception to a few good guys, Theta Chis are known to be chill, but slackers.
